We want you to love your UXV Jewelry. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-personalized items in unworn, original condition.

Please note: Customized or personalized jewelry, as well as solid gold items, are made to order and are final sale — they cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is any issue with the personalization or quality of your piece, contact us and we will make it right.

To start a return, please email us at info@uxvjewelry.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
